About Me
I am A freelance Stage Manager and Stage Technician, currently in my final year at Rose Bruford College.
Over my time at Bruford, I have learned a great deal and had the opportunity to enhance my skills over multiple shows in multiple roles. I have also learnt how to make myself adaptable for different venues having worked in four different venues with the college and various others outside Rose Bruford. I have a good understanding that no two venues or days are the same which is what really excites me about this industry.
I have been fortunate enough to have completed a Stage Management placement at the Unicorn Theatre in London Bridge, as well as work a show at The Old Red Lion Theatre recently. Both of these productions were an amazing experience and only increased my already strong desire to pursue theatre and live events professionally.
I have a calm and dedicated approach always keeping the needs of a production at the front of my mind. I am patient and have a good understanding of other technical departments which allows me to work efficiently with other disciplines.
Ever since I was young, I always felt a draw to the performing arts and music was a big part of my life growing up. From a young age I learnt to play the violin and completed up to grade 7. At the time I decided to pursue the live events and theatre industries professionally I realised my draw was more into the technical world than performing.
